4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
The Services feature a virtual economy that utilizes digital currencies, including but not limited to "Coins" and "Gems" (collectively, "Virtual Currency"), as well as digital items such as Charms, avatar clothing, and virtual real estate ("Virtual Goods"). You may earn Virtual Currency through gameplay or purchase it with real-world money via authorized third-party payment processors.
No Real-World Value: You acknowledge and agree that Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, or refunded for real money, goods, or services from us or any other party under any circumstances. When you "purchase" or "earn" these items, you are merely acquiring a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use them solely within the confines of the casino world poker platform.
All Sales are Final: All purchases of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, or accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
Prohibition on Outside Trading: You are strictly prohibited from selling, trading, transferring, or gifting your account, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Goods to another player for real-world money or outside compensation. Violation of any of these community rules will lead to disciplinary action, which may include temporary muting, suspension of gameplay privileges, or permanent deletion of your account.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and features available on the casino world poker platform—including but not limited to the underlying software code, algorithms, game mechanics, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, sound effects, and overall visual design—are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Under no circumstances shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us for in-app purchases within the past six (6) months.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration: Any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington. You and the Company agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. By agreeing to these terms, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
10. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
